Quill Power Communications provided support to Arriva (via First Class Partnerships and 8hwe and answerable to Bid Director Andy Cooper) during Autumn 2006 for its successful Cross Country bid, with the production and implementation of a dedicated stakeholder management strategy.
The Identification, categorisation and prioritisation of stakeholders;
A detailed programme of pro-active engagement with core stakeholders, capturing/monitoring/actioning all feedback;
Direct stakeholder research, liaising with key stakeholder groups to identify core issues prior to direct engagement;
Production of a dedicated planner, capturing all pro-active and reactive stakeholder activity;
Management of all stakeholder correspondence;
Input into the management/production of a suite of supporting materials including bid brochure, newsletter and dedicated website
Post bid, Quill Power was recalled by Arriva to provide stakeholder management support during late 2007 for the consultation on the December 2008 timetable, using similar methodology to that described above.
